I always recommend to establish trigger points that show when things start to need attention. A good dashboard draws the attention to issues that need measures while also indication what is going well.
This is a great suggestion, Uwe! I’ve seen and used threshold values, which are basically trigger points for further action. But to define them by default indeed makes sense!
