This is crucial! Never assume your message has landed just because you've said it once. You need to repeat it until you're practically sick of hearing it yourself—and changing the form and context helps tremendously.

I agree 100%! You need to repeat the message, in different ways, and at different points in time. Someone today might not be ready, but they may be next week or next month.
